Privacy Policy

This website collects and processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The use of the site is generally possible without providing personal data. When personal data (e.g. name, email, payment details) is collected, it is done on a voluntary basis.

1. Access Data and Hosting When visiting our website, information transmitted by your browser is automatically stored by the website provider. This includes IP address, browser type, operating system, referrer URL, and access time. These data are used for the technical provision of the website and for security.

2. Ticket Sales When purchasing tickets via our website, personal data is processed for the purpose of completing the purchase. This includes name, email address, and payment information. The processing is carried out via external payment service providers:

• Bank transfer (Recipient details will be added by 04.07.)

1. Data Sharing Personal data will not be shared with third parties, except for payment processing or if legally required.

Terms and Conditions (AGB)

1. Scope These terms apply to the sale of tickets for events organized by us.

2. Contract Conclusion The purchase of a ticket constitutes a binding offer to conclude a contract. The contract is formed once the payment process is completed.

3. Payment Methods The following payment methods are available:

• Bank transfer (Recipient details will be added by 04.07.)

1. No Right of Withdrawal & Goodwill Policy According to § 312g para. 2 no. 9 BGB, there is no right of withdrawal when purchasing tickets for time-bound events.

Goodwill cancellation policy: Regardless of the legal exclusion of the right of withdrawal, we voluntarily allow cancellations within 12 hours of purchase. During this period, tickets may be canceled for a full refund. After this period, refunds are excluded – except in the case of denied entry (see section 5).

1. Entry Entry is permitted only for guests aged 23 and over. A valid photo ID must be presented. Entry is subject to a "selection" process. If entry is denied, the ticket price will be refunded. A QR code for refund requests will be available on site. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days.

2. Event Changes Changes to the lineup or schedule do not entitle the ticket holder to a refund. In the event of a complete cancellation, the ticket price will be refunded or credited upon request.

3. Liability We offer a central "Lost and Found" station where guests can report lost items or hand in found property. We do not assume liability for lost items. The organizer is not liable for damages caused by third parties, loss of personal items, or cancellations due to force majeure. Attendance is at your own risk.

4. House Rules For detailed house rules, please refer to our page "Code of Vibes." The organizer and security personnel reserve the right to enforce house rules. Entry may be denied in cases of disrespectful or dangerous behavior. No refund claim arises in such cases.

5. Respect Towards Staff All guests are expected to treat the event staff, artists, and crew members with respect. Disrespectful, aggressive, or harassing behavior towards any member of the team will result in immediate exclusion from the event without refund.

6. Photo and Video Recordings Taking photos or videos with personal smartphones or devices is not desired during the event. We respect the privacy of all guests and provide our own photography and videography team to professionally document the atmosphere. The use of flashlights or phone flash is strictly prohibited.

7. Disclaimer The organizer is not liable for the behavior, punctuality, or performance quality of third-party service providers such as DJs, artists, or venue staff. This also includes sudden cancellations or changes in the artistic program due to personal or technical reasons beyond the organizer's control.

The event venue is operated by an external party. The organizer assumes no liability for infrastructural or operational deficiencies of the location (e.g., power outages, sanitation issues, technical malfunctions of sound or light systems), unless caused by gross negligence on the part of the organizer.

In case of technical failures during the event, we will make every effort to resolve them promptly. However, such incidents do not justify refund claims unless the event must be canceled entirely.

1. Venue Rules and External Regulations House rules of the venue also apply and must be respected. The organizer supports the enforcement of these rules in cooperation with venue management.

2. Emergency Procedures In case of emergencies, follow the instructions of the security and staff at all times.

3. Website and Ticket Shop Availability The organizer is not liable for temporary unavailability of the website or technical errors during ticket purchase.

4. Ticket Terms

• Tickets are personalized and non-transferable.

• Commercial resale is prohibited.

• Manipulated or forged tickets will lead to exclusion and be reported to the police.

• No refund in case of loss or theft.

• QR tickets must be presented digitally or printed at entry.

• Changes to the venue or time will be communicated in due time.
